This English translation is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
These terms and conditions of sale apply to the chauffeur-driven passenger transport services offered by Green Shuttle to Paris. They are to be adapted and completed by the operator before final publication.
1. Booking
Every service requires a prior booking, made online, by phone, WhatsApp or email. A booking is final once written confirmation has been sent to the client.
2. Prices
Prices are set at the time of booking and expressed in euros, all taxes included. They cover the vehicle, the chauffeur and the costs specified in the confirmation. Any change to the journey, time or duration requested by the client may lead to a price adjustment.
3. Payment
Payment is made by card through a secure platform, or according to the terms agreed for corporate accounts.
4. Waiting time
Waiting time is included in every service: 1 hour on arrival at an airport, 30 minutes on arrival at a train station and 15 minutes at the pick-up point for departures. Beyond that, additional waiting time may be charged.
5. Changes and cancellation
The conditions for changes and cancellations (deadlines and any fees) are set out in the booking confirmation. All requests must be sent in writing to contact@green-shuttle-to-paris.com.
6. Client obligations
The client undertakes to provide accurate information (addresses, flight or train number, number of passengers and items of luggage) and to respect the vehicle. Smoking is not permitted on board. Children must travel in a suitable child restraint, provided on request.
7. Liability
Green Shuttle to Paris undertakes to use all reasonable means to ensure that its services are punctual. It cannot be held liable for delays caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control (exceptional traffic conditions, severe weather, demonstrations).
8. Complaints and mediation
Complaints can be sent to contact@green-shuttle-to-paris.com. In the event of a dispute, the client may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, whose contact details will be provided on request.
