• Contact form: surname, first name, email, phone number (optional), subject and message.
• Online booking: the information needed for your journey (addresses, date, times, passengers, contact details and payment), collected by our booking provider.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used to answer your requests, prepare quotes, carry out and invoice your bookings (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps) and comply with our legal obligations.

Retention periods

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them, and for no more than 3 years after our last exchange. Billing data is kept for the legal period of 10 years.

Recipients

Your data is intended for our team and, where applicable, for our technical providers (hosting, email delivery, booking module and payment), who act on our instructions. It is never sold.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@green-shuttle-to-paris.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
