How long will the chauffeur wait for me at the station?
When your train arrives, 30 minutes of waiting time are included. For departures, the first 15 minutes at the pick-up point are free. Any additional waiting time may be charged.

Do you offer transfers between a station and an airport?
Yes. We handle all station – airport transfers (CDG, Orly, Beauvais), as well as journeys between Paris stations.
Can I travel with bulky luggage or a child seat?
Of course. Just tell us how many bags you have when booking so that we can assign the right vehicle. Child seats and booster seats are available on request.
