These conditions of sale are intended firstly to define the contractual relationship between the veloce express company and clients express when veloce is the carrier.
And those conditions apply to all purchases made through the Website Express veloce, whenever the client is individual or entreprise.
Booking one of our transport service through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the customer of these conditions of sale.
These conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by express veloce.
Veloce Express reserves the right to change or modify its conditions of carriage at any time. In this case, the conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the customer. Legislation applicable to these Terms and all transactions made through this website are governed by French law: in case of dispute, the Court of Paris will be the jurisdiction without reference to another Tribunal.

Veloce Express reserves the right to change prices at any time, except that the price listed the date of the order shall be applicable only to the client.
Transport services can only be made if there has been prior reservation. Changing reservations / Cancellations and Refunds

• More than 48 hours before the transfer, 15% of the total price,
• From 24 to 48 hours before the transfer, 50% of the total price,
• Within 24 hours of the date of transfer, no refund.
Please note that the placing of an order or book from our website means an irrevocable and unconditional acceptance to these terms: as a result, the customer agrees to pay all confirmed reservations and online orders. Any purchase of services provided by the carrier must be prepaid or paid after the presentation for those who have chosen to pay in cash. The customer must make its reservation confirmation / her voucher when booking and present to the carrier, if requested, at the time of transfer. The customer must ensure that they have enough printed vouchers for the number of transfers required. Late Arrivals and departures

Customers must call the carrier no later than 24 hours before their departure time from Paris to reconfirm the pickup time. Customers using the carrier to return to the airport must accept the pickup time determined by the carrier, which is always set at least 3 hours before takeoff. In the event that the client does not report the pickup time, the carrier will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes before leaving the customer's address. Safety on board

The client may take a free luggage average or normal size and a hand luggage. The carrier / driver reserves the right to charge extra for each additional item. Lost Items / Damaged
The carrier shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by client assets during transport, loading or unloading. Any item lost and found in a vehicle by the carrier must be recovered by the customer's seat carrier. Items that are not collected within two months will be destroyed.
The carrier reserves the right to classify all animals as additional items. If there is insufficient space to transport extra luggage, the carrier reserves the right to refuse the client from traveling. Full price for extra luggage can be obtained from the carrier.
